ABOUT US
Clarity One Supply is a wholesale distributor of exterior commercial building supplies for new construction multifamily projects. Located in Stoughton, WI, our facility is shared with DC Materials, the Madison market's only framer-owned lumberyard. We have a 10,000 sq ft warehouse and an adjacent showroom/office building on a 100,000 sq ft yard. This setup allows us to serve as a centralized solution for both supply and installation services. Our detail-driven approach to earning business ensures exceptional performance and reliable execution on every project we partner on.
Meet the Founders
Clarity One Supply was formed in partnership with DC Materials, a framer-owned lumber yard.
Chris Tatge
Chris Tatge is a carpenter by trade, a board member of the Structural Building Components Association, the past president of the National Framers Council, and the founder of DC Materials. Since covid, his company has sold between 1-2 million square feet of lumber each year while overseeing the framing of nearly half of the multifamily properties built in the Madison market during that time.
Eli Brotzman
Prior to merging with DC Materials, Eli owned and operated one of the largest multifamily framing sub-contractors in the Madison market. His industry network of rough carpentry professionals is wide-ranging and growing, allowing him to operate the workforce of DC Materials and Clarity One Supply with unrivaled flexibility and capacity--and on time. In addition to operations, Eli manages account relationships and directs internal take-offs, material quotes, and proposal packages.
Steven Erickson
Prior to co-founding Clarity One Supply, Steven worked in community banking and helped build and manage a $1.6 billion commercial loan portfolio. His experience in underwriting and financing large-scale construction credits provides a broadened perspective in pre-bid collaboration and pro forma analysis. Steven helps run the day-to-operations of Clarity One Supply, and serves as its direct point of contact for manufacturers and clients.
